Please register below for the Ozone Transport Commission & Mid-Atlantic/Northeast Visibility Union (OTC/MANEVU) Spring 2026 Annual Meeting to be held June 3, 2026 in New Haven, Connecticut (with a virtual attendance option).

The OTC is a multi-state organization created by Congress in the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments that is composed of 12 states and the District of Columbia. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is a non-voting member of the OTC. The OTC’s purpose is to assess interstate ozone transport, evaluate strategies to mitigate interstate pollution, and make recommendations to the EPA Administrator on measures deemed necessary for states to meet their good neighbor state implementation plan (SIP) obligations. MANEVU is a companion organization comprised of the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast states, tribes, and federal agencies to foster a coordinated approach in improving visibility at national parks and wilderness areas in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region.

Additional materials for the public meeting will be posted on the OTC website in advance of the June 3 session.
